The X Series is our top of the line of fire rated gun safes. We chose to make the X series with thicker steel than industry standards.  The X-tra thick steel makes it more secure than our M Series:  1/4" steel plate door, 10 gauge steel body, stepped door frame for added strength and rigidity, 3 layers of fireboard, 90 minute fire rating,  3 fire seals (1 is also a smoke seal), 1.5" diameter bolts, 2 additional locking bolts, 5-spoke handle, added a pull handle because the door is so heavy, internal electrical/USB outlet*, and a full door organizer.

• 4.75” Thick Composite Steel Door with 1/4" steel plate (6mm)

• 14 x 1.5” Diameter Steel Locking Bolts: Full Door Coverage (Location on the Door: 2 up, 2 down, 5 non-hinge side, 5 dead on hinge side)
• Re-locker pin equipped to protect against lock tampering
• Drill resistant hard plate to protect the lock against drill attacks
• Attack resistant external hinges that allow the door to open 200 degrees, unlike safes with internal hinges
