Return & Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another item.

All Clearance or Discounted items are sold “as is” and are Non-Refundable but warranty still applies.

All shipping cost are non-refundable.

SAFES:

  • Safe returns will be accepted up to 14 days from date of purchase.
  • Original sales receipt is required.
  • The safe must be in new re-sellable condition with all original packaging materials, shelves, hardware, and instructions.
  • Safes are subject to a 15%-30% restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. Any restocking fee is at the discretion of Tracker Safe.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number that is issued by Tracker Safe. Please call customer service at 1-(360)-213-0363 to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • Upon Return Authorization approval, Tracker Safe will provide the customer with the appropriate instructions for the return. Refund amounts are for returned product only. No refunds for freight charges. Return shipments must be paid by customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.

OTHER ITEMS:

  • All other items that are not safes, such as dehumidifiers or other accessories, have a 30-day return policy.
  • Original sales receipt is required.
  • It is essential that each item is in new condition and has all original packaging and instructions 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are subject to in-store product availability.
